Dumb People
Anyone would really have to be dumb to believe that a football team would lose 3-4 more games than anyone thought they should just because they are playing with an inexperienced QB and have one other key player that is injured. That is just dumb!!
I have just one thing to say: OKLAHOMA (5-4 AND EXPECTED TO CONTEND FOR THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP).

yes!! When I read everything people have been saying the last few days, I really believe those statistics that say by 2020 50% of this county will be illiterate.

We're at somewhere around 10-15% right now, 50% would be one hell of a jump.

Preseason prediciton =/= Fact. While it's reasonable to assume this team would be better with Bradford, nothing this year has shown that.

If you are saying that OU would not be better with Bradford and TE Gresham, I am stunned.
If you are saying that M would not be better with Bradford, that was not my point (but I would still be stunned).
My point was that M was far more problems with ability of players than OU and Stoops has been at OU over 10 years (i.e. it is not a new system) and has his own recruited players 100% on the team for several years. But, with just 2 missing pieces, OU will lose at least 3-4 more games than predicted.
Most optimistic case for M was 8-4. Even if we lose all the rest, RR will only lose 3 more games than the most optimistic prediction. So, I guess that either means Stoops is a lot worse coach than RR (which I don't believe) or the extenuating circumstances that have been well documented on this site are the primary reason for the poor record (i.e. it is not RR).

The thing is you can't prove that. You can make a pretty good theoretical case for it, but you can't prove it. Its the same thing with all of our reasonings we've made for Rich Rodriguez. The only thing that has been proven this year is that we have one conference win.

But, you also can not prove that the poor record is RR's fault. And, by looking at RR's past record, the odds are much higher that it is a player ability problem rather than an RR problem.

Your correct, I can't really. I can make a case that a lot of the errors made are coaching based. But, we won't know til about 3 years from now.
