MBB Second Half Production is Amazing

No context really needed.  Knew the team was bad, but this is really bad.

For whatever it's worth-and it may be very little-I have a friend with a well-placed source inside the basketball program.  They tell me that Juwan has already been told by Warde he's coming back next year.  The heart surgery and McDaniel's academic issues were enough to buy him another year regardless of how the season ends.

Neg away if you want, I won't get into any more specifics because I don't want to burn the source.  I will tell you that I hope with every fiber of my being that I am 100% wrong.

This roster is not as bad as the record shows; which falls a lot on coaching. When the sum of the parts is practically double the "whole", then you have an issue.

I think back to Beilein's 4th year where we made it within a shot of heading to the Sweet 16 vs a Kyrie Irving-Nolan Smith-Kyle Singler led Duke team. That team had a Sophomore D. Morris who was a very good PG but not a game-changer like Burke would be. A wildly erratic freshman THJ. Douglas and Novak (at the 4!) and a Freshman Jordan Morgan.

You can't tell me our starting 5 of Dug, Burnett, T-Will, Nkamhoua, and Reed isn't substantially more talented than that group. However, they don't play as a unit, and are so far from maximizing their ability and that shows in our abysmyl record

Last night OSU blew an 18 point second half lead for the second time in Big Ten play this season. Since we beat them, they are the worst team in the conference. I wonder who will get fired first, Juwan or OSU’s coach?
