The Nebraska Novice Drivers
Just another reason to point and laugh at Scott Frost and his mom.https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/ncaafb/college-football-world-reacts-to-nebraska-s-confusing-scenario-in-ireland/ar-AA114X9i?ocid=entnewsntp&pc=U531&cvid=0e06258b589e40a3c3ecc830c7c11aba

The University of Oklahoma is OU. The University of Kansas is KU. Mizzou is MU. It's a Big 8 thing...
[Edit: Just noticed that S.A. Mayne made this very same point with the addition of CU.]

NU, OU, MU as a Big 8 thing.
Don't you mean an 8 Big thing?

Not completely true because Indiana is actually legally Indiana University, not just a colloquial way to refer to it as in the case of the Big XII schools which really are “The University of ___” and are just referred to informally as the name of their states followed by “University”. That’s not that different from many UK universities that use the standard and Big XII naming conventions interchangeably e.g. Oxford University is actually the University of Oxford but is referred to both ways.

What a strange coincidence because the Nebraska "N" is so stylized and unique!

Wasn't there a court case a long time ago about NBC being sued when they used a new logo in which their N turned out to be very similar to the N in a Nebraska TV station's logo?

Ha, I've been driving around Ireland for the last 6 days with two friends and one of them actually wondered if we kept seeing Nebraska fans driving around with the N sticker. So funny to see this story.

This is a great idea except the the N on Nebraska helmets actually signifies that they are a Novice football team and head coach.
