Blake Corum #3 rusher, while having a teammate at #31
That's it. That's the thread.

Donovan Warren lmao..

He was a decent corner. Not sure I’d go as far as “terrific”

Donovan Warren? You mean Herm Edwards
I'm surprised he has eligibility left looking like that, but he's doing well for us.

Let's have the Heisman vote now!

Best RB room in college? And all can come back next year …. Michigan has historically struggled to get RBs into NFL .. looks like we have 3 that will be playing on Sundays.

If Haskins comes back that will affect the growth of Edwards.

Amazing for the offense to have a real identity, which will (hopefully) lead to a virtuous cycle of Mich hitting above their weight at recruiting exceptional OL and RB who see UM as a showcase for NFL scouts.
This style of offense may well have a ceiling below "national championship", which is why Saban changed approach, but I'd definitely take a consistently "Wisconsin but more talented" that could challenge for B10 championships during experienced years and wait for the stars to align every 10 (or 20 years) for a national championship caliber team (e.g., transcendental QB and Woodson/DeVonta type player on the same time).
(yeah, i know the wheels could fall off by November, we'll see)

Waylee from NIU is 11th AFTER we shut them down. Makes our defensive effort even more impressive in context.

It is amazing that we have more rushing yards in 3 games than we had in 6 last year. Vastardis’ improvement has solidified our line…it’s a thing of beauty watching him pull.

Plus there is good evidence that this isn’t even the best the OL will look. Once Zinter gets two fully functional arms, we will be even better. Also, it’s been encouraging what I’ve seen from some of the backups. Also, I always expected Hayes to be a good pass blocker due to his athleticism and length, but I never saw him being the mauler he has become

Frank Gore, Jr is #34. He nearly could have played an NFL game with his dad if good enough.
I am old.

#3 in rushing yard and #1 in total TDs for a RB.
Heisman contender.

Maybe others on the board did, but I had no idea Frank Gore’s son was a college running back. With how much Gore and Harbaugh respect each other I’m curious if we kicked the tires on him. He’s playing with southern Missouri so maybe he just wasn’t considered a high enough prospect.

Love the Auburn thunder and lightning pair of RBs Tank Bigsby (terrific name) and Jarquez Hunter. They showed us how to attack PSU.
September 19th, 2021 at 11:37 PM ^
Was watching the same thing, PSU seems susceptible to the run, and we know Michigan can do that.
