Who is the first official MGoBlog Message Board representative?

Now that NIL rights are officially approved and there seems to be no rules - what does the board think about having an official representative of MGoBlog Message Board for each major sport?  We can crowdsource some funds - let's say $25k per athlete and pick one player and/or recruit per sport.

Perhaps this can be a done with MGoBlog or we can do a separate deal.  What would we ask them to do?  Perhaps a mailbag each week where they answer 10 questions about practice / game / life?  Or they participate on a podcast with Brian and Seth?  Possibilities are endless.

Who should be the first reps for football and basketball?  Blake Corum and Hunter Dickinson?  Or do we go with recruits like Walter Nolan and Will Johnson?

Why?  There is absolutely no incentive to doing so.  At least, not the kind of bagmen that just give recruits cash in McDonald's bags.  There is zero incentive for them to come out into the open.  I expect a lot more memorabilia signings, car dealership ads, free tattoos, that kind of thing.  The real money will stay hidden.

Also, I wonder if recruits will get free tax services from schools.

Here is the real question. When will the "Money cannon" believers actually see that its not working? I am 100% in the camp that ill believe it when I see it. For football our offensive coaches will just screw them up. Basketball is already set with Juwan recruiting top classes. If it was Harbaughs offenses from his first two years we'd have a chance but anything put on 5 star offensive players is probably just going to increase fan bitterness. I think a year from now we will all be saying "what was all that money cannon talk". I hope I am wrong.
