OT-Olympic Hockey Schedule
NHL.com put out the hockey schedule for the Olympics. Looks like I need to put in for vacation to catch most games.

I'd love to hear your logic on why you think Finland will have a good showing. Not bashing, I just think USA, Canada, Sweden, and Russia all are clearly better. Finland would be lucky to get bronze. I don't think Mikko Koivu is 100% with that ankle either.

Get up early next Saturday 7:30 a.m. - US and Russia. Let's see if Alex O can overtake the locals.
BTW - Slovinia and Slovakia - who knew there was a difference? Geez - we play them both.

a good choice for a small MVP bet might be Tukka Rask. Last I saw he was 18-1, and it always seems like in the Olympics, one goalie or another gets hot and puts his team on his back for a while (R. Miller, D Hasek, even Ray LeBlanc in '92).
So, pretty good odds on a guy we've all seen go on an unbelieveable hot streak before.
Otherwise, Go USA and Go Sweden (the ancestral home of the Paternal side of my family)

I've had these times blocked off in my Outlook calendar for a month. Let's hope we win the group so we don't have to play an additional playoff game, then we would have Wednesday of the following week for quarterfinals and friday for semis.
Patches just had a hat-trick last night for the Habs, so that is a nice momentum builder going into Sochi. Of course, Kessel has been absolutely on fire too.
USA! USA! USA!

Will be your highest scoring line. Please let them return to my beloved Leafs un-injured!

There's also this cool new technology, called the Digital Video Recorder ... I highly recommend it for these types of situations. Also saves you hours of your life in missed commercials. /s Thanks for sharing the schedule.
