Updated Rivals rankings out now
Looks like Rivals did some work the last few days. Conley is the only one left not ranked and has not been awarded any stars. The class is looking great. http://michigan.rivals.com
[EDIT] Conley is now a 3*, thanks for the update guys.

yet, which is why Conley isn't ranked yet. Also Khalid Hill is a 5.6 3-star, which is the middle-of-the pack 3 star ranking. 5.5 is the lowest 3-star, 5.7 is the highest. He remains unranked at the TE position though.

Conley is now ranked. 3-star, 5.6 RR
At this point, all of Michigan's commits have a star ranking: http://rivals.yahoo.com/michigan/football/recruiting/commitments/2013/michigan-29

They're just starting to rank the three stars.
Khalid Hill was still unranked and hadn't yet received his 3 stars.
Edit: Conley was also unranked at the time. Now he's ranked.

Link?
Edit: Seems like rivals respects the U-M coach's recruiting analysis.

I don't care if Conley gets ranked or not. That kid can play.
Yes, this truly is a masterpiece of a class...and I expect these ratings will only improve. GO BLUE!

Interesting how one site sees a kid as a 4 star while another sees him as a middling 3 star, Conley is an under the radar kid who I'm excited to see play for us. I think Hill is rated fairly, I do think he'll be a contributor for us though, possibly immediately
Considering how the coaches have been focusing on elite talent and strongly pursued Hill after watching him in person, I feel pretty good about his fit in our offense
I think this gets at one of the limitations of recruiting rankings. Hill looks like he is very well suited for a particular role in our offense. That means that he's probably more valuable to Michigan than he would be to most other programs. Similarly, he is more valuable to Michigan than some higher-rated TEs would be to Michigan.
Recruiting rankings are nice and provide useful information, but it's not always best to just pick up the highest rated kid available.

Lets just keep this a secret between us though, I do not want Urban Meyer to find out about this "fit" thing.
Someone needs to alert Braylon Edwards to this (3-star, 5.7 ranking) outrage:

This class should be a top 10 class at this point even if we would not add another player, with the potential to be the top class of 2013. Hoke is seriously kicking some butt!!!!
Oddly enough, the Michigan commits that they rank as four star players are the ones that have video links next to them. To me it sounds reasonable that once they have video on our three star guys, they might see a bump in rankings.
I can see Sugar Shane earning that 5*, but who else? Kyle Bosch, Chris Fox maybe? Just speculating the whole class is loaded with studs.
I think Fox has the best chance of being a 5-star. Bosch is probably stuck at 4, I think.
Forget about stars, I like sorting this class by height.
