Not true, the offensive side of the ball has the most upside. Al Borges not only has a huge Playbook, he also can scheme up plays better than anyone ever. Some people even referred to him as a "Mad Scientist".
Also Mattison is overrated. He only had success here because of Moeller's recruits, and at Florida he rode Charlie Strongs coat tails.

Although you may not get this message, because I'm invisible, I wanted to personally thank you myself. If it wasn't for your forward thinking, I wouldn't have known if the staff had a contingency plan unless someone posted a bleacher report article 30 minutes after my Facebook feed. It might not be a quality post like the Men's Basketball Minutes Projection Thread that was posted 5 minutes after Concordia, but without it I wouldn't have had a clue. Based on all the data I've gathered from the thread comments the past two months I have to give props to the the coaching staff for taking some time off from reading Coach Al's ginormous playbook, and actually sending some offers out. The staff never said a word about recruiting in any of their pressers, so I took it they just didn't want to bother with it. That's kind of weird though, why wouldn't they tell us? It's almost infuriating. They should probably fire someone over it.
Hopefully one day we can talk about stats from 10 years ago and high five each other, while drinking different micro brews. Until that day comes, thank you for being different and keeping us pointed in the right direction. People like you are who I'd want at my birthday party. I like the idea of taking 7 OL this class, especially since they seem to be the best players we can get this late in the process. I don't think have a choice. If Treadwell wanted to be here, he would have committed by now. McQuay and his dad are going to DJ high school dances in the LA area. Hopefully we can pick up LaRue, but if not so be it. I don't think OL will be our strong point next season, so it has to be addressed now and it is. In a few years we will have a 2 deep of 4/5* talent for the first time since....a long time. In 2 years we will be rebuilt, competing for BIG titles, and cherry picking "Elite" skill position players.
You would think that time was a few years ago. I would love to see someone from the NCAA field accountibility questions, and standards for punishment on National TV. It would look worse than PSU officials trying to cover up the cover up.
yep, fitz wasn't suspended. He shredded the Gumps defense to the tune of 268 yds with 3tds. So i'm expecting him to do the same week one.
And just a warning to the people who download these rosters from Operation Sports, look at the ratings of other teams BEFORE you start your dynasty. The people who make the rosters take everyones suggestions for their favorite teams like its the word of god. For example, i restarted my franchise using the newest available rosters. After raping the Gumps, AF, and UMass it was ND week. So I unleashed Denard on them and like in real life it was a great gameplan. But afterwards i was checking the Championship Contenders menu and noticed something hilarious. The current year ranking was like 21, which is about right.But the next 3 projected years were 2, 3, and 2. Naturally i got to laughing and went to look at their rosters. Wow, someone was either a homer, or they were higher than a martain fart. See for yourself. So now i gotta go through and make ajustments to not only them but im sure a lot more. Just a warning for everyone so you dont have to restart again like i have to.
Unless 2k puts out a nfl franchise, its useless.The hardcore fans will pickup EA because u can import rosters in Franchise mode. Stick to bassetball 2k, make a NCAA game u can upload to 2k.
I'm not a lawyer. Don't know much about the law at all honestly. I was just curious about the statute of limitations. I'm probably wrong but i thought it was a 4 year thing. Wondering why the NCAA was so easy on Ohio when there was proof it went on way before Pryor. Is it just because the NCAA deemed PSU a "special" case...or was one of the victims molested 4 years from the date last year?

Finally..After 3 years this slacker finally did something good enough to get in the newspaper. I could careless what happens to this kid to be honest. With the greatest defensive coordinator, 2 other defensive line coaches, and Pipkins who WILL accumulate WC's career numbers short of week 9, it isnt a big deal. I have faith Mattison and company can coach up the other DT's enough to where they dont get blown off the ball, and fill a gap. So tired of this kid. Mike Martin had more talent in that section between his shaft, and the orifice where all the excellence came out. Fuck Ohio
So you are saying Pitt n Syracuse are going to pay the Big East exit fee, then pay the ACC exit fee to join the BIG. Notre Dame will shun the BIG yet again. No choice but to pick from MAC teams and rutgers/maryland. Not Good

totally agree but this years should be better. New scoreboards, and all the jerseys we wore should be on this game. According to EA, uniforms have to be submitted to them by either the last week of march or the first week of april to make it on the game. So we are good there. Cant find anything about new player appearance changes like dreads or newer adidas apperal but i am looking. Also expect the worst with recruiting features like facilities and what not. ESPN sponsors this game and we know what that means.
A couple issues ago in game informer, it talked about the next gen consoles. Look for it to be around 3 years at the earliest most likely before holiday season.
