Brent might leave once his kid is gone, Campbell is an awesome choice and Fickel has a higher rater team and is trending up. I doubt he comes to MIchigan to get beat every year by OSU.
I could see us hitting 3-5. Indiana will play us tough for sure, that's the only up in the air game. Losses to Wisconsin, Ohio State, Penn State and Minnesota.
Obviously newer to the forums-ish, long time reader. I didn't mean for this to be crazy negative, more .... funny/sad after last week. Definitely went over poorly. I cannot find a delete button, am I missing it?
I disagree. He need to empower someone on the sidelines to handle business as needed. Period... but that doesn't seem like it's happening at all. Clown shoes.
I have a LOT of Buckeye fans (sad I know, right?) and every one of them laughed when these odds came out. There is 0 change Urban comes to Michigan. USC, very likely.....
It's a steep price to pay. For the record, if Michigan fires Jim Harbaugh at the end of the 2019 season, he is owed a buyout of $15 million. That number decreases to $10 million if he is fired after the 2020 season. Looking at Harbaugh's contract, it appears buyout is remaining salary.
Seeing as how he can't even say Michigan even when on TV, I doubt he answers..... but there are other options for us to not have a completely dog poo offense....
Was watching some highlights of him, he doesn't take many hits. Gets out of the way most of the time or into the end zone. If he does get hurt though you're relying on two transfers who don't have a ton of experience. Might be our only shot this year. All though, after watching Wisconsin ... we might get beat by Chugi-whatever his name is.
It's self inflicted for sure. At a certain point you have start realizing that we're not doing things the way we should if we want to beat superior programs like OSU. The way we WERE is in a grey area where being the second best team in the BIG10 was ok.... because it was a close call..... The way we are this year, we're not even the number 2 team.... this is a sad sad time. We need to change.
It's easy to say that, for sure because glaringly that's what happened. There were a lot of opportunities missed before the obvious that cost us the game. Frustrating
I really do feel like we tried to rip the bandaid off too fast on the offensive change. Should have switched slowly using this year as a bridge year to next and then rolled. Frustrating for sure.

This man runs like Stevie Smith... With his eyes closed. Which is good because if he had his eyes open when he ran he would have 50+ more yards.
I'm pretty sure Don Brown has naked photos of Him Harbaugh ......
We would be more likely to get Chip Kelly.....

1. It doesn't matter what we offered Urban, he isn't coming north. Period... so let's stop kidding ourselves.
2. Matt Campbell I think is a real option, give an up and comer a chance.
3. Didn't Chris Peterson step down in Washington? I would wait until he's ready to coach and make him an offer for sure.
Sure wish they would have came during the Michigan State game instead.
I hate to say it because of the obvious match up tonight but my choice is PJ Fleck followed by Ryan Day. Easy choices.

I just about spit my coffee out when I read this..... lol
Not sure I get it. I read an article and posted an article. Sorry it wasn't a post about snuggling with Harbaugh.

Us trying to convince each other how we still have a chance against OSU this year .....
Or ever. We need to find a coach who can actually beat a good team. So annoying.
Also wearing our helmets like this might help..... lol
Other.
Your enthusiasm is awesome. If only that translated into talent on the field for us, lol.
Winning against Rutgers is the equivalent of The Titanic missing the first ice berg .... lol
Man what is it about September.
Are you out of your mind. I don't want to play North Dakota St!
I still can't believe one ND guys hit his own teammate so hard he took him out of the game. Sounds bullish.
Probably a good hire if we want another past his prime coach who won't push us past Ohio State.... or Penn State for that matter.
What we need is a Bo... Jackson hologram to play running back.

Think positive, not realistic. I love it!
Trying to tell me this guy wasn't hungry? LOL
Even his Khaki commercials are not so funny this year.
We have 0 shot at this guy....
W.O.W. ..... agreed on Lincoln Riley.....
It's a steep price…
Yep!

He definitely gets paid..... and has full control in what he does.... and wins. It's a good gig.
I mean a lot of guys are failing upwards lately. See Kliff Kingsbury ... lol
Ah sweet. My brother lives in Walcott
Where in Iowa are you?
I wish he was actually an option. It just doesn't make sense for him to come here right now.
Thank you for your reactionary post to the original opinion and over analysis. lol

Matt Campbell, so.... maybe? lol

Mid Tenn State, gave up 21..... Army (laughable) ... almost lost.... Wisconsin (also hadn't played anyone at all) .... and got smoked.
Wisconsin, while the toughest team we've played so far, is not that great of a team. They exposed what a lot of people knew about us.... Just bad.

I keep watching wishing it had sound lol.
Agree! I feel like we were down this road for a while and we got way too far away from it.
Feels like a lot of in-betweens the last couple years..... no real shots at a run with OSU dominating like they are.
Well said. Put that on a clip board and mail it to Harbaugh's house.
Yeah, lapses like that make me wonder about Don Brown....
Yes, stating the obvious. Crushing Rutgers is better than getting crushed by Wisconsin. I suppose by that logic this season will be a success.
I'm not sure you're watching the same games.
