The reality is that Urban Liar is a top CFB coach of all time, and inherited a well-oiled machine of a program. This game was embarrassing, but if you don't think Harbaugh has Michigan on the right track you are delusional. We haven't been the best team in our own state let alone the Big Ten for the past decade plus, but at least now Sparty is struggling against Rutgers in an empty stadium, while we just completed a 10-2 regular season. Michigan is still rising, I think many just don't realize how far we are/were from an elite level program.
If ohio can win the national championship with their third string QB and MSU can win at the horseshoe with their backup, this should not slow this team down. Speight was trending up quickly and I'll be excited to get him back next season or for the bowl game but I think O'Korn is more than prepared to fill in. Team just has to use this as motivation rather than see it as an obstacle.
SPIKEEEEEE. Gonna miss this kid. Wish him the best of luck in whatever he chooses to do, but would love to see him back at the University in some way or another down the line.
This was my first year of season tickets as a non-student, and while I wasn't expecting anything close to a student section experience the fan participation in my section is terrible. I'm in 34 right behind the uprights and nobody ever wants to stand and only like 5 of us are generating noise on defense. On our first defensive play today I was yelled at by multiple people to sit down and that this isn't the student section. It's our first defensive stand of The Game! Be a fan!
What I've seen from the B1G today just re-enforces how far behind we have been. I believe Harbaugh will bring us back quickly but there is definitely a lot of work to do.
I love the direction this program is headed in. From President Schlissel to Jim Hackett this entire situation was handled perfectly and its clear that so far the Michigan football experience is set up to return to glory. Jim Harbaugh embodies everything I want in the head coach of the University of Michigan and I cannot wait for September 12th
Excellent representation of what it means to be a student/fan at Michigan. These are the values this program was built on and need to embrace more than ever. Well done Blues Brothers.

My first year as a season ticket holder someone yelled "sit down" at me on the first play Michigan was on defense against Ohio.
I changed sections after that season.
