Spring Game Pump Up Video?
I'm not one that really enjoys crazy hype videos at sporting events, however the one played prior to the spring game at the stadium was actually pretty cool. I brought my girlfriend along, her first real football experience, and she said even she was getting pumped up watching it.
What do you guys think? Was it too much? And does anyone happen to know if it's anywhere on the web for those that didn't see it?

I agree, mainly because of the badass speech by RichRod.
You could feel 50,000 people silently saying "FUCK YEAH!"

Other than the speech, I thought it was awful. I don't have a problem with videos, and I thought last year's was really cool, but I wasn't a fan of this one.
I liked it. But, it would of been cooler if they timed it perfectly, and as they running out of locker room, they actually come out of the tunnel moments after.
The speech part was good, not crazy about the rest of it, but that timing would have enhanced
Yeah, I thought the same thing. I turned to my boy and said "here they come", which, not so much.
Where do they have a copy of the video? youtube? i wanna see it again
That pregame speech pumped me up too! I actually was going to use it in a hype video of my own but have had no luck finding it on the net. Searched Youtube and came up with nothing.
Now I gotta see it.

I really don't like to do this because I really enjoyed the video speech too. Unfortunately, the speech is recycled from his days at glenville. It is very effective and I am in no way trying to knock RR. From comparing the two, it definitely has more pizazz when it's about Michigan!
Check out the video (specifically at the 1 min. 53 second mark).

There are only 3 kinds of pregame speeches:
1. A firey "lets kick their ass" speech.
2. A more somber "lets do our job" speech. Usually for an obvious cupcake
3. Al Pacino's speech in Any Given Sunday

I thought it would be cool to have some sort of hype video and then cut to a live shot of the players assembling in the tunnel ready to come out. The NY Rangers do that before games and I think that it is a pretty cool feature.
Is the tunnel video that was played during the spring game going to used during games as well?
