OT: Suggestion for Opponent Watch?
Week in and week out it seems like we get hosed by so many officiating mistakes. Some turn out not to affect the game like an offensive pass interference call on Ronnie Bell vs WMU, or a phantom holding call on Karan Higdon who gets tackled on the play; however it seems to me that these terrible calls just kill our chances at winning meaningful games. It feel like Michigan has 2 opponents every week. They are playing against their opponent and the officials.
So, can we put a section in opponent watch every week for Officiating crews and how they have been performing throughout the season and see what we are getting every week? I know this may be asking a bit much, but I do know there has to be someone out there that can dive into an officiating crews performance every week and give us an idea how our other opponent is progressing.
Plus I think it would be highly entertaining to get some fresh takes on how John O'Neil and Daniel Capron are performing each week.

This sounds like watching a guy screw your neighbors’ wives, one by one, each week, knowing inevitably that he will come knocking on your door in short order too.

You’ve got the best deterrent for that in your username. Just tape that prescription on your door and you’re all good.

The replay official from today’s game should be fired for not understanding the meaning of the word, “indisputable”.

I will never understand how they could determine that there was indisputable video evidence that Throne's shin was on the ground while he still had possession. That is one of the most egregious calls I've seen... replay is supposed to fix mistakes, but so often they instead turn a correct call into a terrible mistake for no good reason. I mean, there was a replay angle where the ball had obviously come loose while he was falling. Did the refs not see this angle?? If so, why?? The B1G needs to answer this. I swear, this game was like the 2016 OSU game in almost every way. Wish Michigan could have a big game one day where they actually get some breaks from the officials. Feels so rigged.

As you suggest, there sould be transparency around that call (in fact around reffing in general). Why did they overturn the call? Does the B1G review of the officials agree that it was properly overturned? If so, based on what? Problem is that will never happen.
In general, refs should have to face media questions and league reviews of refs should be made public.

Just assume that regardless of who is officiating Michigan's games, they're gonna get screwed.
