OT- have a laugh at OSUs expense
i know our team didn't even make the tournament but i couldn't help smirking at ohio states baseball team when i saw the highlights of them losing 37-6. enjoyable to see the scoreboard read 29-0 in a baseball game especially when the buckeyes are on the receiving end

The beauty of no mercy rule!
That just made my night!
That had to have been a really long game. That doesn't say a whole lot about northern baseball. At least Notre Dame and UM put up a good showing in the past.
But seriously, how bad would it have been to be on either side in this game? If you're on the losing team, you would be completely embarassed by how bad you're playing, considering you were good enough to make to the college world series and were playing on a national stage, but the other side couldn't be much better. I would think the FSU players had to feel bad for destroying OSU like that, especially considering the score got out of hand so early. At the same time, there is isn't the winning team to do in baseball, where there isn't a time limit, as they can't just stop trying. At least it happened to the Buckeyes and not us!
The front page of ESPN right now has a link that says "Florida State crushes Ohio State 36-7 (not a football score)"
Let's take it where we can get it right now.
Looks like the OSU pitchers' attempt to bring slow-pitch baseball mainstream was a total failure.
And they lost two days before that to Georgia, 24-8.
Solid pitching.
If by "solid" you mean, "Thrown as fast and with as much life as a cinder block."
As much fun as it is to make fun of that stellar pitching, didn't we get no-hit by them this year?
Hopefully we weren't no-hit by one of the pitchers annihilated by FSU or Georgia.
Yeah, I could probably look it up, but come on--this is the Internet. I'm not starting now.
