That was incredible, especially given the pressure: the game would be lost if he didn't make that catch. That reminds me of a game from the early '90s when the Tigers were playing the Rangers. It was the bottom of the ninth and the Tigers trailed 8-4. With the bases loaded and two outs, Cecil Fielder stepped up against Nolan Ryan. Fielder cranked one to dead-center, but the CF caught it at the warning track.

If there is such a thing as momentum in sports, I hope it carries over for the Tigers tonight. They're offense has been pitiful that last few days. I saw where Cabrera and Maggs are sitting tonight. I just hope Jackson gets into at least the 7th again tonight.

I was actually trying to find a picture of Jamar Adams body-slamming Tebow to no avail. Then I stumbled across TT chastising Tebow which was the next best thing.

Granderson's was in the ninth to steal a walkoff away from the other team's star CF. That is harder than a cofin nail! I saw Johnson's catch on TV. It was pretty freaking cool and changed the game. ESPN eventually showed a replay of Fielder taking off his batting helmet while looking out to center to recognize Johnson. You can see Johnson pointng back in to acknowledge Fielder's salute. It was pretty classy.

but as a Cubs fan, I can honestly say that was one of the few highlights of the season. Granderson's catch was indeed amazing but Johnson's saved Dempster (he wasn't doing well at all, the Brewers had all the momentum too.) I am not comparing the two, they were both incredible.

The call in Cleveland was hilarious. AND THAT BALL IS GOOOOOOOOOOONE -- no, it's not. Granderson made the catch.
