OT - Friday Afternoon/Weekend Plans/General Whatever Posithread
As we're back in the Kosher OT range of posting and based on the "State of the Blog" what the blog needs is a good pos-bang. Since we can't have that yet, how about a general random whatever/drinking/friday/weekend/etc. thread?
What's going on this weekend? What are you drinking tonight? Which meteor are you rooting for in the B1G game? Got any good gifs/photoshops?

my wife's family is Filipino. We are heading up to visit them tomorrow for an annual party that the Pinoy community where they live does for the holidays. It's basically a giant potluck of Pinoy food, beer (San Miguel FTW!), and of course Karaoke. Should be a ton of fun.
Aside from that, I have to study for grad school final exam on Wednesday and write a final paper for class Thursday.

Lots of early season snow, but very cold here in Vail. Attending Black Diamond Ball tonight. A good cause, but the banquet food and cheap wine doesn't excite me.

This is my first Christmas not in Michigan or Baltimore, AKA cold-to-coldish weather regions, and it's a little weird. The lady is dragging me to December Nights at Balboa Park to see how San Diegans celebrate Christmas. No idea what to expect, but palm trees and Christmas lights strike me as a bit odd...

I read this too fast and thought it stated something like "under the Xmas tree with my wife". Sounds fun....hmmmm.
