OT: Browns botch trade because they didn't call NFL headquarters in time

The Browns were going to trade a second and third round pick for AJ McCarron, which is stupid enough, but they blew it by not calling in the trade in time. Sorry MGrowOld...this incompetence must be growing quite old for you. Of all the Cleveland Browns in the world, they're the Cleveland Browniest. Browns and bengals f up a trade in the most unimaginably dumb way possible. Pretty much what you’d expect when the browns and begals do anything together.
