It’s crazy. Juwan has performed to the high end of anyone’s expectations. People just keep moving the bar. He wasn’t even expected to make the tournament by many here. Now he’s in comfortably and if they don’t win a couple games people will be mad. That’s just how it goes as a Michigan fan lol

We he was hired, I thought that making the tournament should be the bar and I still do. Last year's team struggled badly on offense at times and this year's team had even less talent. Juwan is doing a good job, and his early season success is somehow being used against him now.

Yeah, I thought that after 3 top players went to the NBA, it was going to be the goal of Beilein to just get them back into the tournament.  Howard has won the trident and also gotten them into the tournament.  a sweet 16 appearance would be gravy on top of an already successful year.  Combine that with recruiting that Michigan hasn't seen in over two decades, and He's ticked off every box.

And Howard wants to win. It's not like he or this team is packing it in now.  I expect a run on neutral courts in the tournament with tournament refs.  After losing a hall of fame coach, Michigan has picked up as good of a replacement as anyone could hope for.
