Baylor's Robert Griffin got the same speed treatment as Shaw.  For the most part these rankings are pretty good, but every once in a while one of them perplexes me.

You have to remember, you, me and the rest of UM fans know about Shaw's speed.  However, it's just a myth or rumor to the rest of the world.  Injured as a frosh and buried on the depth chart last year didn't allow him to display it.  The EA devs have yet to see it on the field.  I agree though, sometimes you wonder if they just drew the number from a (ass)hat.

That may be true with Shaw, but during Griffin's freshman season, he was the talk of the town for his dynamic playmaking ability and blazing speed.  In last year's game he was the fastest QB, and now he's just.... average?

I am okay with Denard's speed numbers after feeling out the demo.  He'll be able to run wild.  I am not okay with his throwing accuracy rating of 77 after seeing him throw in the spring.  What's with Tate's accuracy only being 85.  He's very accurate, most or all of his picks were forced throws into bad reads or from pressure. His throw power is 88.  I think those numbers should be reversed.
