Ryan Day might have a good football mind and know quarterback play really well, but damn is he bad at communicating with the public.  They should hire him a spokesperson and never let him talk to reporters directly.

Maybe its just me, but I don't get how this is a direct shot at Harbaugh.

How many guys on OSU's staff grew up in a football family? Maybe not all of them, but I'm guessing A LOT of them. Day could very well have been referring to / comparing with his own staff.

I like taking shots where I can, but unless I'm missing something, this feeeeeeeels like a reach.

The more that's written about what's happening in Columbus, the more I think this is really a "make or break" season in many ways.   They've spent a bundle on NIL - and, with their recruiting history will have a roster that could be second in total talent - maybe, even pushing Georgia for the #1 ranking.

This being said - I wonder how much thought has been really applied to their OL and understanding how many 5* players at a given position can be on the field at the same time.   They seem to be recruiting the secondary extremely hard.

To me - their OL and QB are the bigger questions.  And, we won't know until they face Oregon what kind of progress has been made.

One thing is certain - 11W remains focused on what's happened in Ann Arbor, and still haven't noticed that over the past three seasons in The Game, Michigan's putting up points regularly, with IIRC only one second half punt in the last three games combined.
