Michigan takes on the Badgers at Yost looking for a home sweep. Nic Kerdiles is not expected to play for Wisconsin. The game is on NBCSN

They don't have Nic Kerdiles on the line chart, but he's listed as the extra skater. We won't know until game time if he plays, but that's what's strange. If he wasn't ready to go yesterday, why would tonight be any different?

Edit: Nic Kerdiles is a late scratch. Looks like it was a bluff.

Zach Hyman's lack of production at Michigan is still a little baffling to me. He was absolutely tearing it up in whatever Tier II league he was in and there was all this data about how similar players have subsequently gone on to tear up college. Zach has been the outlier from that group sadly

reminds me a lot of the Red Wings power play of the past....a lot of nice puck movement, not a lot of shots and when they do shoot, it seems to never reach the net or its an easy save on a bad angle

The power play went from good to terrible in three tries. First wasn't bad moving the puck, gaining the zone, getting shots. Second was average. Our third power play was a disaster.

i check here to see the score and the best you can do is a 0-0 tie?

next time i check michigan better be up a couple of goals at least or you are all in trouble.  could cost you the rest of that beer in your fridge.   now get out there and get to work!
