Mel did play at Tech so I wouldn't put it past him to stay there.
Honestly, the only other name I've ever heard floated was Billy Powers. Brian Wiseman has only been around the program a few years but I don't see him as ready to take on the job just yet. I don't know who else would be available or interested, but I'm not as well connected as others.

We're a great offensive team with poor D. I wouldn't expect any improvement if Powers or Wiseman was running the show. I think we need some new blood.
