#23 NC State also did something pretty fascinating. 14 points in the first half. 10 in the second.

There are some crazy stats from this game.
NC State had 1 FG and 5 total points in the final 18:35. They also have four different spans of at least 4 minutes with 0 points. I guess that's what happens when your starters go 1-22 from 3 and 5-21 from 2. Woof.
7 minutes into the game, the score was 2-2. It was as close as basketball gets to a M00N game.
On the positive side, everyone got to pad their rebounding stats.

given the box score, the n.c. st. coach must have had his mike turned off for most of the game. otherwise the dialogue would've been a series of "what the bleep kind of bleeping shot was that you bleeping bleepity bleeping bleeep!!??!!!??
