DetNews reporting, per ESPN Radio in Massillon, Ohio, that Turner is transferring to West Virginia.

Okay, our trade with WVU has been completed. We acquired Rich Rodriguez for a player to be named later. We've fulfilled our end of the bargain by offering them Justin Turner. Now they can stop hating us. We're no welchers.
OTOH, we're still waiting on OSU to give us something for Boren.
