If they do flip, we need to get our NIL shit in order. It needs to be at least good enough where current bottom feeders in their conferences like UK and Miami can't throw a bag at our commits and flip them from the #2 team in the country. There's also something slightly sketching going on with the fact that they start going to high school in Kentucky then immediately flip there. What other inducements are in play there?

The college football world has changed a lot with NIL, and Michigan is refusing to play at the same level as most other programs.  I also believe there are no boosters or third party entities for Michigan that would be willing to pay recruits like other programs even if Michigan was playing the same NIL song as Kentucky, Miami, Florida, etc.  The way recruiting is going I can see more commits flipping in this class, and IF this is the last year Michigan is a serious contender because the recruiting classes are falling and Harbaugh's strong possibility that he will leave, then I am going to enjoy it a lot before the possible downfall begins.  As long as Michigan continues to play the "If you come here you COULD earn big NIL money" when other programs are saying "If you come here you WILL make this much right away", then Michigan's recruiting will go from top 15, to top 20, to top 25.

Think about this...Michigan already lost a top CB target to Kentucky, is losing Robinson to Kentucky and now could lose the Smith brothers to Kentucky.  NIL has really beaten up Michigan.
