perhaps Coach Rod will name him starter for the 3rd game in a row.

Tate should start over Denard and Gardner....

God, the summer seems so long ago with all these "who will start at QB" threads

Highest accolade he can get:
Mention on the next Lil Wayne mixtape. I mean, YEAH SURE, the Heisman is great and all, but you could listen to the Nard Dogg Song (working title) for the rest of your life!

Weezy F. Baby would think of something a little more creative than "the Nard Dogg Song"
Perhaps:
1) Fo shizzle Fo Shoelace
2) Dreaded like Dreads
3) Speed Limit 16
I know I'm not Wayne, but those all would work for me...

If I know Weezy (and I don't), I think he might go with something more simple and to the point.
- I'll be right over, get there quick like Denarrrd.
- You know I'm in a hurry cuz my laces untied.
- Racin' to the endzone, ya'll can't catch me. Lookin' at my backside, see the number sixteen.
Pretty much anything would blow me away though. We must start the petition.

Hail to you, Mr. Robinson,
The Big House loves you more than you will know
(Wo wo wo).
Bo bless you, please, Mr. Robinson,
The Heisman holds a place for your great play
(Hey hey hey, hey hey hey).
Where have you gone, Mr. Robinson?
The defense doesn't have a freakin’ clue
(Ooo ooo ooo).
Your shoe’s untied, Mr. Robinson
The end zone calls and you are on your way (Hey hey hey, hey hey hey).

"He's got a smile so sweet you can po' it over yo' pancakes/flapjacks"
I know everything in there is what a hip hop mogul would say except I don't know if they would use pancakes or flapjacks.....guess that's why I get paid the small bucks

Saturday would actually be a pretty interesting thing to do. Just to make sure Denard stays humble. Although truthfully I can't see that being a problem.

That would send a message to the team that UMass isn't to be taken seriously.
Good teams do not disrupt their routine from week to week. Denard - and everyone else on the first string - gets the start.

A nice relaxing win against UMass where Denard should only see the field for a quarter. If he's in longer then a quarter things are closer then they need to be. Great job Denard, keep up the hard work, you're making this university proud!
