OT: TV Shows or Movie Recomendations
The airlines thread a week ago seemed to generate quite a bit of interest amongst users. My question to all of you, is what shows or movies would you recommend downloading to watch during the flight?
I was recomended Parks and Rec from co-workers, but am more interested in what the board has to say.
Well, Game of Thrones, generally speaking, is probably the greatest television show of all time. Obviously not everyone would agree with it but by measurable metrics it is. Most awards, highest viewership ratings, rotten tomatoes score ect. So if you haven’t seen that I would strongly suggest that first as it’s truly it’s own animal.

Oldies, but goodies:
- The Sopranos (best show ever)
- Breaking Bad
- Six Feet Under

Newer, but really good:
- Ozark
- Broadchurch
- Game of Thrones
- Big Little Lies
I have a hard time getting into shows, but the above did the trick. The Sopranos is the only show I can watch more than once - watched it 3 times and will watch again...truly a masterpiece all the way around.
