Michigan receiving votes in MBB AP Poll

Michigan has received the 6th most votes of the others receiving votes (aka ranked 31st) with 5 votes. Ohio State has the 4th most among that group with 29. The only ranked B1G teams are MSU and Purdue, at 4th and tied at 5th with Wichita State respectively. That means this week Michigan is hosting #5 and going to #4.

They have played 3 other top 25 teams besides MSU and lost by 14, 14, and 27 points.

They do have a very favorable schedule going forward. They only have to play Purdue once and they are done playing MSU. We definitely need to beat them otherwise they might win the league. The conference is so down this year.

Seems correct per mgoblue.com but my auto updating Michigan Bball calendar feed is showing 7pm ET as well, so want to be sure because 7 seems more reasonable. 9pm start is really late, no? Or am I just getting very far from undergrad...

I wonder if we'll be ranked if we beat Purdue but lose to MSU. I'd think we'd have an argument if a few key fringe Top 25 teams lose this week, as long as MSU doesn't slaughter us.

Huge week coming up. Excited to see what happens but damnit if osu wins the B1G this year. They need to feel the shame of missing the NIT a few more times.
