Certainly seems like the JV of old is back. He did his part in this series. I'd love to see the Astros go on to win a World Series just for JV. But part of me believes the league wants to see a NY-LA final for the ratings. I realize Houston is a big ass city itself but it's not NY.

Go Astros. Win this one for Verlander. Nice to see a team hitting for him - he must have lost at least 20 games with the Tigers over the years due to low run production when he pitched.
