Where hasn't the Michigan Marching Band been?

False.

I was on an MMB planning committee in 2015, and we did discuss travelling to a non-ND/MSU/OSU location.
Maryland was dismissed because of the distance and because it would have meant 6 straight games (9 straight weeks) without a break for the band members.
I think Minnesota was dismissed due to distance, but I don't recall exactly.
Indiana was dismissed due to "political" reasons.
IIRC, Penn State was the most likely candidate, but we were still skeptical due to the past difficulties of sending a band to the uncooperative PSU. I guess the plans fell through sometime after the committee met with the band staff.

What a fantastic idea!

Without going into too much detail, certain discriminatory laws in the state of Indiana made the MMB apprehensive about travelling there.

As several of the posts have alluded to, we get a biased view because many schools send their bands to Ann Arbor since we are a marquis program.
Having been in the band [a long time ago], I can say that I always enjoyed it when bands visited us. I found them to be unfailingly pleasant people to talk to and get to know even briefly (yes, even Wisconsin). It was nice to hear another band play their traditions - be sure to stick around for the post-game show when a visiting band is in town. And, occasionally, the bands will perform in the area on Friday night - I saw the Wisconsin band perform at Dexter once or twice in the past decade.

I'm looking for what they did during last year's Wisconsin game.

AFAIK there's no comprehensive site, but the MMB youtube channel has videos of the last ~6 seasons.
Here's the video of last year's Wisco show with the SMTD, along with the song list:
"Express Yourself"
Express Yourself / The King's Motorcade / Mambo #8
La Isla Bonita / Freedom

The USC band has performed at all foorball games (home or away) since 1987 - over 350 straight games.

* Not the full band. They send small pep bands to most of 'em.

The USC band is also what you get if you took Wisconsin's band and dropped them in LA where they think they're movie stars.

(Raise your hand if you have ever been personally victimized by the USC Marching Band at a Rose Bowl)

There are few sounds more grating to me than the sound of that goddamn USC fanfare thing that band plays between every fucking play at the Rose Bowl. Considering all the losses to USC I've watched since January 1970, it's like theme music for our losses.
It's also grating to read posts about Stephen Ross's money cannon showering more $$ on various parts of U-M when I know that a tiny part of that could go to the MMB to enable more trips, and Ross wouldn't even notice the difference.

As stated, the MMB always travels to MSU, OSU, and ND. Unfortunately the new Big 10 schedule puts all 3 of them at home one year, all of them away the next. (We did not travel to ND in 1980. (Last second miracle FG for ND victory.) Bo called out the Athletic Department at the next week's pep rally. "The next time I go into battle, I want my band with me!" We've gone to every ND game since.
The last time MMB visited: (These are from memory--hope they're correct.)
Minnesota--1969
Wisconsin--1974
Purdue--1981
Northwestern--1996
Penn State--1999
Illinois--2000
Not in the last half-century or never: Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Rutgers, Maryland.

Well there is the guy to listen to, given that he may be the only person in the world that can say he was actually AT all of those games.
