OT: ND / Arkansas home and home

Submitted by Dylan on
ND played us like a fool. Now we are stuck with weak home schedules and they pick up our SEC series. Hooray. I'm on my phone and don't really know how to edit on here, but the stuff came from ND Football's Twitter: https://twitter.com/ndfootball/status/883000378840711169

A home and home with USC would be very cool.  LSU would be cool too but it's asking a lot to go down there in Sept and play in that humidity.  I have no interest in stomping a mud-hole in AZ or Houston.

I would really like to see us play Georgia in my lifetime.  That hasn't happened in over 50 years which is amazing with the many B1G/SEC bowl ties.

Playing ND doesn't excite me the way it used to, and a little variety in the non-conf would make things more interesting. A middle of the pack SEC team is perfect—the Hogs will have some talented players, but they're probably not going to be an Alabama-type juggernaut.

The other reason is my sister lives down in Little Rock and we wanted to do the game down in Fayetteville together.

First we dump the Arkansas home and home, then we have to play on the road at ND and now there is talk of dumping Washington. Huskie stadium is amazing and we need more west coast games in the coming years. I know we have UCLA in 2020 but that's a long time away. Kinda disappointing to watch us schedule then dump, schedule then dump

Would rather Michigan have a home and home with Arkansas than Notre Dame. We blew that great opportunity by crawling back to Notre Dame. Not happy.
