OT: Grayson Allen starting tonight
Duke G Grayson Allen is starting tonight against GT after sitting out 1 game (Saturday's loss to VT). Was one game enough? Did Capel make the call/would he even be allowed to make that call, even though Coach K is away for 4+ weeks with back surgery? Did Saturday's loss, compounded with seeing UNC lose to this very GT team, initiate enough concern that Duke going 0-2 to start conference play would be worse than any blowback from playing Allen tonight?

is the Grayson of streetball. I crossed him over as a kid and darted to the basket, he hooked my foot and sent me knee first into pavement breaking my kneecap. I threw a punch and for 25 years now I've refused to set foot on court with him again. He was one of those pump fakers under the hoop who if he gets you in the air he leans in to make you fall over him. I would get kicked out of hoops if Grayson did any of that to me.

To other players, his suspension should have been much longer.

isn't a joke. This is a case where is it going to take a serious injury before he sits out a year? it's not an easy habit to drop either.

I hope Duke loses in the first round of the tourney.

though I'm sure "indefinitely" will mean at least two games next time. And I'm equally certain there will be a next time.

He makes to much to ride the bench for long.

Allen tried to trip another player tonight. He clearly has learned a lot.
