META: Posters and user-generated features that you want to see again

Nice to have THE_KNOWLEDGE at the top of the diary section again, even if I've never been that taken with the feature. Reminds me, though: there are some other features and writers that have ghosted or at least seriously reduced their presence here. The user-generated stuff is one of the great features of MGoblog, and I hope to see more of it continue to prosper.

Two things I miss seeing this year: Alum96, who was/is a great poster and whose recruiting posts were essential reading...

And the long lamented BlueSeoul (now SFBayAreaBlue) Game Wraps with Pics.

I will remember them by making a stick football player with punctuation over his head for purposes of nostalgia.

Paging 'David From Wyoming' and 'Mr Rager'. Also, who was the poster that was always the first to post on almost every topic and was actually a mod after a while? Anyone know who I'm talking about?

Sometimes I miss the WLA hanging out round these parts. Big Boutros and Elno Lewis still come around occasionally but those dicks used to make this place fun back in the day.

Thanks for the kind words.  Having a real job now takes up all my time, unlike back in my freelance days in Korea.  

I did pop my head up before the Colorado game to warn people that they were legit and got downvoted pretty heavily, so I figured the board didn't miss me that much.  If we beat OSU maybe I'll do another one and see how people like it.
