The gist is that the team is in talks to use wearable technology from GoRout.com. There would be cell-phone-like devices on the players' arms that would be used to send in practice plays, scout team plans, and such. The coaches are reportedly quite impressed with the product.

Good I would be getting with Siemens to develop biometric wearable technology including sensors, vision systems and POV cameras to measure, benchmark and provide player feedback. Long overdue

First off, I wanted to say that this blog is my go to source for anything regarding the greatest University on the planet! Great content that I have viewed from my remote AZ residence for several years now. This is my first comment, even though I coached football for many years. I like to see the opinions of my fellow Wolverine fans!

I have been working on a wearable project for the last few months and this really hit home for me. My invention is a personal, portable air conditioned/heated clothing line called WairConditioning. One of the applications that I am going to potentially market will be sideline jackets for players/coaches to keep warm or cool in extreme weather on the sidelines. I just need to get in front of an audience composed of the powers that be, per sa... This product gives a man like me hope! Thank you for posting this, much appreciated. If any of my brilliant fellow compatriots have suggestions for how this can be accomplished, I am all ears! LOL

Thanks everyone, and obviously GO BLUE!!!
