OT: My First Book

Submitted by GratefulBlue on

I've self-published my first book for Kindle. It's a thriller titled Founders' Keeper. Cover and synopsis are below.

The first 30 days are critical to its success or failure. If you enjoy these types of books, I'd appreciate the support from fellow UM grads/fans. Thanks for your help.

Four are dead in five days, including a young U.S. senator. The methods of execution are varied and horrific, and the messages left behind point to a serial killer obsessed with the United States Constitution and the nation's Founding Fathers.

The FBI assigns its best man to the investigation. But while Special Agent David Yerxa chases those responsible for the murders, his own demons are chasing him.

With the help of his father - semi-retired FBI legend Martin Yerxa - David must wrestle with ghosts, both past and present, in order to untangle the murderer's motives, solve a mystery, and prevent a national catastrophe.

Although if i may be so bold.
I'd suggest your next book center around the adventuers of a wizened yet virile llama that travels around the world in expensive cars, foiling terrorist plots, and having casual sex with numerous sleazy billionaire heirisses.
Maybe throw in some history crap as filler.

I think there's a pretty big market for this kind of story.

Founder's Keeper, but first a question:  Can I read it here on my laptop or do I have to get some kind of e-reader such as Kindle or an iPad?

This is exactly the kind of book, subject-wise, that I enjoy reading when I have the time, and it'll give me a reason to spend a few days doing something other than hitting the f5 button on MGoBlog.  Best wishes for success with this venture, GratefulBlue!

You can read it on your laptop using the free Kindle app. If you click on this link to my book, you'll see a button/icon right below my book's cover that says "Read On Any Device." Click on that, and Amazon will email you what you need to get the free app on your computer.

Thank you very much for checking it out. I can't say enough how much I appreciate everyone's support here.
