I am paid to do a job at work. If I am not getting that job done my supervisor and I will discuss why I am not getting that job done and how things can be changed. If I continue to suck at my job I can be terminated OR my supervisor will be called to task by his supervisor. If it continues both myself and my supervisor will be unemployed.
We all go through bad stretches but this stretch has lasted since the Sugar Bowl. At some point it has to be obvious he is not up to the task. It is also apparent that his supervisor is also incapable of righting the ship.
