Entirely reasonable, but last year was really bad(and all three QB's looked bad, it wasn't just O'Korn) and so it does make me wonder a little bit if the combination of duties last year was a factor.
I really can't explain what happened to Speight, but in 2016 he was a pretty solid QB. So was Rudock in 2015 (at least, in the second half of the year). I think last year will prove to be an aberration. We'll see.
The irony is that I thought Michigan did really well against Texas. Young proved the next season that Michigan wasn't the issue, he was.
Hoke's problems went way beyond OL. The point is that a decent OL is still enough to save his job.
