With about 30 days from kick off, where is everybody's head at with the way the coach has got this team geared up for his fourth season in the maize and blue?

100% behind him!  Hope he never leaves! those who think we have a better option out there need to give that a 2nd thought, because there isn't one.

With all due respect, I score him a 6. We're 1-5 against rivals and no East division championships, let alone B1G championships or Playoff births. For potential I score him a 9 as he is relentless and has the right vision this program needs! This will be a critical year in assessing how well the program will move forward.

If I were a Michigan fan, I would still be hopeful that Harbag would be the guy to get the job done, but certainly disappointed that more hadn't happened quite yet.

I would think this Year 4 could be when the team breaks through...if not for that darn schedule. For Michigan to have as good a season as I would like (if I were a UM fan) it would require Michigan winning a road game of such quality that the program has not done in the past decade...and then would have to do it another 2-3 times this year for the season to be special.

...would make Year 4 frustrating and disappointing to still have another 3-4 loss team, but man those road games are going to make it very difficult to win the division.

I'm generally a patient guy, thus another 3-4 loss season (considering the road games) would still give me hope for a good Year 5. But golly, the clock has got to start ticking on Harbag at some point if those big wins don't start coming soon.

Just my $0.02.

I don't think I'm anywhere with Jim Harbaugh.  I doubt he knows I exist.

Jim Harbaugh is good with me though.  Glad he's coach.

But goddamn I want to see this team run over Sparty & that other school like they did Rutgers a couple years back.  Don't leave it even near where the refs or a weird bounce can affect the outcome.  Make it known from the first snap that one team will get the shit kicked out of it up & down the field, and that team is not in a winged helmet.
