This might be the one big game I can watch with the girlfriend. She thinks I get way too loud/upset/profane during UM games, and is always scolding me that the neighbors can hear me.
But she HATES Notre Dame - hates them with a passion that she usually reserves for animal abusers and the people at NBC who canceled "Timeless." So she may be willing to watch the game next to me on the couch, both holding a pillow to our mouths to muffle our screams of "That wasn't holding, you stupid mbprfkr!"
Quality time - it's so important to any relationship.
I may be walking the dog. I have been dancing with ventricular fibrillatilion lately and family would prefer I avoid the stress. A few radio checks will be likely. It just occurred to me that I may be able to schedule a corrective procedure before the game.
We camp every year for Labor Day weekend, so I always watch game one on an outside TV. It's a fun tradition. Last year we had a couple people from an adjacent camp site that were UM fans come over and watch with us.
I hate that it is a night game, but I'll pull through.
Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time...then I will watch the game.
