OT: This is the first time I've been back to the blog since the update and I am floored. Well done in cleaning this place up guys!

I'm still getting a hang of the new layout (took me 15 minutes to figure out how to make a board post) but other than that this place looks very sharp. I kinda miss the old format that made this place look like an early 2000s chat forum, but this is a welcome change. Thanks for the effort y'all!

It’s not the site that’s the issue it’s that there is no MGOBLUE APP! 70% or more use the App and it’s easy. Now we have nothing but the new site and it’s hard to understand etc:

Overall the site looks spiffy. But my spell check does not give me the correct spelling like the old site. I can not edit my post, if you made a mistake, like you could on the old site. It seems more difficult tp post links, pictures and embed videos. I feel like I'm back in the 90s working with raw html code.

the bottom line is that Brian skimped on a quality web designer and we are left with this...  this is his bottom line, and if he doesn't care about it then why should we?

Given the arrogance of putting up a fake myspaceish throwback board for a day seems like they felt that they had a good product ready for consumption.  To me and obviously many others, that move was extremely childish and off putting.

And to then trot out this eyesore with no main board post from Brian or Seth announcing what new features are available or a how to tutorial for editing, embeddding pics/gifs/vids, what is missing or still under development and what may be available in the future is extremely disappointing.

All they had to (and still could do) was make a post shortly after deployment saying we understand "you, dear readers" are having issues with a few things and we really want to help; here's a link that attempts to answer your questions and hopefully improve your user experience. If you're still having questions or concerns here's a form to send in so we can better understand what issues you the consumer are experiencing.

A mod sticky that is difficult for your customers to find and has no discernable distinction on what are new vs answered questions makes it appear that they are happy with their product and expect their consumers to be equally happy as well.

I'm not asking for Brian and Co. to give a mea culpa, bash their own product or publically complain about HuEl at all.  I just think most of us would appreciate some type of main board acknowledgement of our user questions/issues with the site and a offer up some way of better communicating with each other regarding this situation.  Radio silence is no way to engender yourself to your consumers.

Additionally, since we can no longer edit our posts, the inundation of multiple board topics for the first three weeks regarding user questions and issues was a very bad look, imho.  A little effort  in showing that they were understanding and acknowledging some of our thoughts would have gone a long way in keeping customers happy.

As far as I can tell there has been little to none of that thus far.
