OT- Super Important Questions Regarding Saturday

Submitted by AAK15 on

So I am stuck in AA watching the game Saturday night. But, on the plus side, I have a keggerator. Now, this keggerator is empty so my question to you, MGoCommunity, is what type of beer should grace my keggerator for this monumental day?

Maybe the 20th-best brewer in Oregon.

Better choices include:

-- Hair of the Dog
-- Cascade
-- Deschutes
-- Boneyard
-- Ninkasi
-- Lompoc
-- Bridgeport
-- Hopworks
-- Lucky Labrador
-- Rock Bottom
-- Upright
-- Logsdon
-- 10 Barrel

They are better than Widmer and McMenamin's, though.

To make really nice stuff sometimes. I enjoyed the Galaxy Barleywine a lot. But their year-round shelf offerings are really not good, especially outside of the Hefeweizen. They're better than Gordon Biersch, but that's about it.

As a huge supporter of Michigan beer, I vote for anything from Founders, Bell's, New Holland, etc.  Two Hearted has a special place in my liver.

Also, unless you're getting this keg from an on-campus source that keeps these things in stock, you're going to want to order it ASAP (like, today).  Most places need a couple or three days to get a keg in the door.

Racer 5? That's some good shit on tap..great IPA that's not hard to find (at least out west). And not crazy heavy.. And it will make you happy, in a hoppy sort of way.

Anyone know why ABC refuses to distribute Jackhammer very widely? I'd be a buyer at most any price!

I have the same question about Arcadia Whitsun, though it's less pressing.

Lemonade.  Really mess with everyone when they think you just stored your pee for the past month to make you tougher, like the team needs to be against Alabama!  WOOOOO!!!  GO BLUE!!!!!
