Beware Nearby street parking and the adjacent mall are tempting to park in as they are both free and right next door, but you will be ticketed and/or towed if you do so. Lots of sings saying no game day parking and they mean it. Firsthand experience with that one.

Either bite the bullet and park/tailgate at the stadium or do the trolley. Traffic will be a nightmare afterward regardless of where you park because Southern California.
New Belgium New Belgium's Folly Pack. It's got great variety and is usually cheaper than the other sampler packs.

The Sea and some Suds As I begin each evening, I shall partake in a chalice of the abundant gift from the Drowned God: sea water.

I'll probably wash that down with the New Belgium Folly Pack. Porch Swing Single Ale, Fat Tire, Slow Ride Session IPA, and Ranger IPA.

Gonna stay in after that - what is drunk my never drive.
I mean I hope so, but that I mean I hope so, but that doesn't sound like a joke - nor was there any context.

Also, thanks a lot iphone for autocorrecting mods to miss.
Seriously? "Dirty Mexicans". Seriously?

Miss - I really hope overt racism is an automatic ban at this point.
Thanks! Thanks!

Fantastic use Fantastic use
Mushrooms Mushrooms are disgusting. They are filthy, awful, rubbery fungi that should only be consumed if one desires to hallucinate.
All donuts/pastries with All donuts/pastries with cream in them make me wanna vomit. The ones with fruit in them, however, are glorious gifts from the Drowned God Himself
Unpopular Opinion Weis should keep coaching
I love that the 1 thread out I love that the 1 thread out of 7 that actually has to do with football is labeled OT, but the other threads about unpopular opinions are not. Lol

After that perhaps a Stone Go-To IPA or a Saint Archer Pale Ale to wash it down.

I guess I should have read

I guess I should have read the whole article before commenting, but that seems too level-headed and reasonable.

i see what you mean about it not being a true double team block. To me it looks like a combo/scoop to me where Glasgow and Braden both engage him before Glasgow moves to the 2nd level. Maybe i'm wrong, you football more than me.

"On one play the only thing

"On one play the only thing preventing a big gain was a defensive tackle figuring his best bet was to fall over and make a pile and turning out to be right."

This was the correct move by the DL and was probably taught to him. In my experience it is the "last ditch" effort that a DL is instructed to do when absorbing a double team and being pushed backward. The DL cannot let himself get swept into the LBs, so the best possible outcome when giving ground is to stop, hit the deck, and - ideally without showing the referee - grab the two players blocking you and pull them to the ground.

The result should be (and in this case is) a big pile where there was supposed to be a hole. If nothing else, as a defender you've taken a 2-for-1 on the blockers and kept the LBs from getting plowed over in one wave.

Kinda I'm trying to watch on my laptop on the First Row Sports stream. It's not exactly a seamless streaming experience so it's hard to get an idea of who is controlling the action.

Pretty sure Ryan Ross is suppsoed to be Ross Ryan, but great write up nonetheless.

In the comment section there

In the comment section there seems to be some rumormongering that Dee Hart is transferring to a Florida school (FAU, UCF, and USF are all mentioned).

With the ridiculous talent they seem to be recruiting at RB every year, and considering his injury history at Bama, this isn't a total shocker, but CUMONG MAN. Ugh, what could have been...

You would get along quite

You would get along quite well with Rational Friend of Mine. He will be the one escorted from Ryan Field on Saturday for screaming at Borges because our offense is still generating negative rushing yards.

Actually maybe that's not descriptive enough given how many people like Al these days.

State wins 24-13 state
Ok Here's why MSU wins in Lincoln:

1. MSU defense > Neb offense
MSU's defense is ridiculous and exploits QBs that are prone to turning the ball over. Enjoy, Taylor Martinez!

2. MSU offense > Neb defense
MSU has shown that they will grind down any middling-to-bad Big 10 defense for huge TOP advantage with a game plan that offers few chances for turnovers. Cook has shown the ability to pass and even be clutch when there is no pass rush or tight coverage. Nebraska will give him both in that game.

3. Nebraska is crumbling internally. Alumni are upset with Pellini, they had the audio recording fiasco just a month ago, Martinez is banged up, and they just lost to Minnesota. If they had some momentum on their side maybe they could pull this one off but it seems like the season is quickly falling apart on them.
It's certainly possible We could win out - it's not completely improbable. I'm just trying to be realistic here as it helps me keep from going insane with depression when we lose tough games (see PSU).

Based on how we perform on the road, I almost think that @MSU and @Iowa will be as hard of games to win as the season finale at home against OSU. MSU has a defense that is insane. I have real worries about how our OL is going to respond to their pressure.

While we may be better than MSU and Iowa overall, facing them on the road makes winning out very much an uphill road.
To answer your questions: I fully expect MSU to beat Nebraska. Martinez is banged up and the Neb defense is terrible. MSU has proven their offense is capable against bad defenses so I don't see that being too difficult of a game for them.

The only way we tie MSU for the division title if they win out is if we win out also. Division standings are determined by overall conference record. If we beat MSU and they win out they will be 7-1 in conference. We can only get to 7-1 by winning out.
