He was clearly onsides. By the guy marking him AND there was another defenseman further back. I think the late penalty was a bad call. Suarez acted like he got shot

Don't forget Illinois! Making a late push for the bubble and they lose to Rutgers. Woof

Maybe the combine was oversigning
|4 weeks 4 days ago||This far||
They made it this far because they had an easy group. Like, really easy. But who knows, maybe they've been laying in the weeds in EPL season
|5 weeks 2 days ago||8/9 vs 10 seed||
While I love to see this win and hope Michigan keeps winning so this is a moot point; but isn't it better to be a 10 seed instead of an 8/9? Seems like an easier path to the second weekend
|9 weeks 2 days ago||This could||
This could be a valid point if they had banned out of season practices during school breaks. However, they didn't do that. They only banned off campus out of season practices during school breaks. This, to me, is the most hypocritcal aspect of the ban. If they truly had the interests of the "student-athletes" in mind, they could have and should have taken it a step further. Instead, it is a very pointed ruling.

How am I supposed to know if I should be mad when Nickens makes a three if he's not even on the preview?

Had this argument this summer. I think that it is Freddie Mercury and everyone else. My friend argued quite hard for Mick Jagger. Bono probably deserves to be in the discussion

If I remember correctly we have a tough time maintaining grass because of the water table. The big house field is dug into the ground and this causes issues. I could be wrong tho

I don't know about Msu or Wisconsin quite yet but damn Iowa is trash.

I thought Bradley wasn't playing these two games... When did that change? Also, I like starting Klejstan. Has been in form the past year without getting a run from Klinsmann. Hope he can perform

Some interesting data here:
Michigan was the first team to be ranked in every poll in a decade (1970's).
FSU and Nebraska were ranked in every poll in the 90's.
OSU has been ranked in at least 50% of the polls in every decade since 1936 (talk about sustained success).
There appear to be 8 true Blue Blood programs (which I know has been debated on this board a few times before): Ohio State, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Alabama, USC, Nebraska, Michigan and Texas with more of a drop off and recency bias starting with Florida State and Florida.
|35 weeks 5 days ago||Connor cook||
Am I the only one that sees a bit of Connor Cook in him? The way he lays in those loopy throws with a ton of touch, can move in and out of the pocket but isn't the most mobile and still has the arm to make the throws. I guess I didn't watch enough Andrew Luck when he was at Stanford

But isn't the real hope that Cameron carter-vickers turns into a legit, top class center back so we can move Cameron to the outside and Fabian Johnson to midfield/wing? That would put all those players at the position they play with their clubs (in Europe)

I have a similar story about yost. When I was a senior in college there was a bad ice storm that caused bricks from the facade to fall off the yost roof. For a long time there were bricks and more littering the ground and roped off. Well not to be satisfied with bricks, we decided to carry off an archway. Needless to say it was quite heavy. As two of us were walking down the street carrying this to our house we were stopped by the police. They asked us what we were doing and where we got the brick arch. We told them yost. They laughed and told us to have a nice night. Don't think any of us ended up keeping it from our house sadly.

I was standing directly behind the ND bench for that game and after the game Quinn was walking off the court and I said something to the effect of "Nice free throws in your last game ever" and he started crying. I probably should have felt bad but I didn't

I would go back to 1996 and steal Maurice Taylor's car keys one fateful Mateen Cleaves recruiting trip. I don't know what it would change but I feel like it could be a lot

I went to a wedding during UTL 1. It was on a beach, there was one tv but the bride (who was a Spartan grad) wouldn't let us turn on the Michigan game. My dad snuck away to watch the second quarter at a bar (without telling me) and then we listened to the end in someone's rented minivan. One of my favorite pictures is of four of us sitting in a van going nuts as Gallon is running toward the end zone.
One of my friends also got married during the MSU/UofM game that same year (trash tornado). I don't mind missing the game in hindsight but he had 6 groomsmen, 3 UofM grads and 3 MSU grads. It was brutal. In his defense he tried to schedule around the game but they changed the date when Nebraska joined the Big Ten.

It is my understanding that Brady is testifying under oath, but there are no legal penalties associated with perjury during a hearing such as this. The reason he is testifying under oath is so that his testimony could be used in legal proceedings in the future.
