Excellent points - my thought it depends on what Wilcher's ambitions are. If he wants to leave HS anyway, may be a good idea to bring him on board. Coach Partridge left Paramus but we still have a nice pipeline there.
Highly recommend just calling in - I tried online for a couple hours last night and again the morning. Called in and ordered no problem but had to re-dial a few times. Once you're in the queue you're all good. I was able to load the main page with all the products and tell them what I wanted.
