I have consistently said that DR cannot get better if he doesn't pass the ball!!! I was laughed off CGD for suggesting that one of the best QB's in history had the highest interception rating, and one of the top completion ratings. Of course I mean Brett Farve.

Love the fact that Hoke & Borges have recognized that Denard gives them a shot at greatness! They have adapted to him. Once he's gone, they implement their offense.

I just saw his speech, and I am not only teary-eyed, but damn proud. Denard is my all time favorite Wolverine, Desmond included. He made me proud. He made me smile. He made me cry. I hope he gets to speak in NYC come Heisman Day!!

Every day I listen to the Tide faithful calling in to Paul Finebaum talking (not always coherently) about how they are going to kick our ass come September. Paul tells them, not so fast! Michigan's a team to watch out for, and Bama's not seen a QB like Denard. (I appreciate the support from Mr. Finebaum, who’s a known SEC slappy.)
They are fired up about this game, and I ask myself why that would be? Could it be that they aren’t quite as confident as they appear? Odds are strongly in their favor, but I think they know that Michigan is just the kind of team that could pull this one off!!!
There will be a lot of folks around the country hoping to see Nick and his Tide fall in Dallas. If that happens, watch out, it will be a magical year for the Maize & Blue!!!!

They hurt!! More than we can ever know, and I hope we never have to.
