We just did a 143 proof Jack Daniels hazmat project back in a barrel to age a bit more. It was incredibly smooth (yes we have issues) already with a grape bomb note to it.
*Less sacrificing of quality. I think I need to try it but speed aging brings out some funky flavors. Its an imperfect science. Thing is I love all the science and experimentation of it so its right up my alley.

I dont know if its real or not but is today the day to convict the man on some audio recordings that none of us can verify after I just had to dig DEEEEEP to find her retraction of the accusations?
