No...wish I could, but have a lot of things going on. I went in 2014, for Techs first trip ever, and then in 2016.
It's an awesome environment, and UM fans will have a blast there.
Our starters are pretty strong, but, our bullpen is probably the strength of our staff.
We have several power arms (velocity around 95-96) that come out of the pen, and John McMillon will get the ball up around 96-99 (he's thrown a couple that has reached 100 this year). Taylor Floyd is really good, Havman is basically our only lefty.
Michael Dallas will get to 93-94 as our Freshman starter with a really good, hard slider.
Cameron Warren isn't too shabby, either...he actually had a better season than Jung. He had higher average, more Hr's, and more RBI's, but somehow Jung was Big12 Co-POY.
Haha...Tech has been playing Florida a lot, too. Couple years ago, we beat them in the Sweet 16 in basketball, then have been playing them in Omaha, and then they were put in our regional, but Dallas Baptist beat them twice..so, we were not lucky enough to get to beat them again.
Congrats on beating the Bruins and making it to Omaha...hoping for a very well played game on Saturday. Looks like Tech suffered a big loss on Saturday, and probably lost our RF...Gabe Holt. He was also our leadoff guy, and was a 7th round pick.
I'm sure Coach Tadlock will start our Freshman Micah Dallas Saturday, and he has some electric stuff...he is very, very good.
Seems as if UM/Tech has been meeting up quite a bit lately.
