Do you think Michigan having to play two of their more formidable opponents (Wisconsin and MSU) on their 7th and 8th consecutive week of football throws an additional wrench in things? Especially that 8th straight game on the road at MSU. That’s the one part of the schedule that I think has gone unspoken from a bye setup perspective.
Hey earth to you...do you have your head in the sand? How many different universities do you need to see in the headlines before you realize it’s a country wide university issue and some spotty coincidence. The mass majority of campuses have the same exact issues, and as time goes by, you’re seeing more and more victims come out of the woodwork.
You act as if you are free of this all and it’s ridiculous...
Need to reverse this trend. Saw this tweet by a guy who covers Vegas sports gambling.
Michigan is 0-16 SU/4-12 ATS on the road vs ranked teams since early 2006. This year the Wolverines will most likely face three ranked teams on the road: Notre Dame, Michigan State and Ohio State.
Agreed for sure.Mcdowell was so talented but such an emotional disaster. When MSU’s senior leaders graduated and Malik was looked upon as a vet, all hell broke loose up there.
Ask anyone with a brain, lasting in the NFL at least 5 years is very rare. You really need that explained? He’s on $30MM on a 5 year deal.
ya know, sometimes it’s ok to not talk so disgustingly negative about other teams. Like it’s ok that this is true, it doesn’t take anything away from Michigan and doesn’t make someone a troll.
Amazing, well deserved opportunity. JB and the Pistons met out in California for an introductory meeting prior to this. I wouldn’t dismiss it completely. Doubtful he goes anywhere though.
How we’re better on paper than everyone on our schedule other than OSU.
How can you watch last season and confidently say that our guys are better than Wisconsin, Penn State and MSU’s guys?
1. JJJ won B1G Freshman of the Year and B1G DPOY and his team won 30 games and a B1G title (Schedule was favorable, regardless they didn’t lose to Nebraska and Northwestern like we did. Took care of what they needed to take care of)
2. I agree, clearly Izzo mismanaged the situation. It was poor
3. Keep proving my point you irrational lunatic. You think I called you out because you used the word Fuck? Look at you harboring so much hatred, it’s weak and pathetic. Let’s move past this petty bs and enjoy the run our program is on.
That some high level recruits simply don’t belong in MSU’s system. (For example, why would the top WR in the country go to a Georgia Tech for instance).
But if we’re being realistic? Izzo is about to sit in the green room on national TV and see one of his guys go in the top 5 and another in the top 15. Shitting the bed against Syracuse aside, Izzo has a pretty solid NBA presence currently.
I agree with you regarding that kids sometimes just want to leave the state for school.
On another note, bad example though with Corley ....Every major program under the sun was recruiting Corley and there wasn’t a troubled past or red flags. Easy to say that now with what shitty horrible situation occurred.
Coaches need to trust their own recruiting evaluation system, or it comes to bite them in the ass later.
How can you so confidently say that there is zero benefit to publicly naming a starting QB?
The staff isn’t here to coddle these kids, they know what’s going on anyways in regards to who’s in a position to start. It would limit the outside noise in my opinion. Sack up, pick your guy, and move forward. If other QBs in the room don’t agree, tell them to do something about it on the field and prove the coaches wrong.
Can’t be trying to play the old mind game and run your program with the fear that someone might transfer. It happens.
Poor on my part, yikes haha. I blame it on walking and typing. Doesn’t change the substance though. Regardless, yes, their administration is tone deaf and the fact that one of their trustees, Joel Ferguson, is still involved at all is a crime in and of itself.
MSU's target for this fall's incoming freshman class was between 8,200 and 8,400, but based on deposits submitted by the May 1 deadline, MSU exceeded that target. Could be largest Freshman class ever. (Just read on Twitter)
16,000 or so parents must be crazy! While your enlightening your neighbor about his daughters choice of college, might as well call them too. Lol in all seriousness, go ahead and do that and let us know how they respond and if your still walking and/or welcome in there home.

I mean they are on the verge of going to Indy for the 4th time in 8 seasons so yea I mean, not that ridiculous.
Who cares though, the difference between 2-4 is negligible.

None of this should be used for rivalry fodder. Glass house for us all.

Academics are the same across the board for all B1G institutions save Northwestern and situationally at Wisconsin. Sorry. That’s a proven fact.

They played in a National Title game 6 years ago. They won a New Years 6 game over LSU. What?

Imagine writing this then realize we have a higher rate of sexual assault than any other Big Ten University?

Yea leave out Gholston out of pure convenience. (Ya know, the guy in the NFL making millions). I’m tired of half truths on this site.

You’re son sounds soft. Kids pay attention to what’s going on on the field too.
Go read Spencer Browns Twitter and tell me we have an even slight chance of flipping him. Waste of a post.
Newsflash. These Michigan don’t remember seeing Michigan win anything significant. 2004?!
Clemson, USC, Oklahoma, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia and Ohio State didn’t have a problem with his character.
Rutgers has more of a recent power conference championship than us. Own them on the field but still.
