Is it normal for Pre-season defenses to be in the form of a 3-4 rather than a 4-3. If it was a 4-3 with two DTs instead of the extra LB, Martin would be second team rather than third. 

They should be happy, even without Worthy and Cousins, SI still put four Sparties on the first team (Baker, Foreman, Robinson, and Martin).
