what?!?! One of the best players in one of the best football conferences in the country has short term relations with women? Never have I ever heard of such a scandal! I hope the quality journalist organization the Detroit Free Press is already hard at work getting the scoop on this!

Jeremy Ebert from NW is getting tossed around by a Wiscy defender.  Doesn't look very all-conference-y (ish?)

Trenton Robinson looks like he's getting punched in the face by McElroy

And Joel Foreman is mushy

This may be childish, but I found it really funny that the picture they chose for Trenton Robinson was him getting destroyed by Greg Mclroy, and Julio Jones running right by him for the TD.

For all the high quality things we've read about Denard Robinson over and over and over again, it's interesting that a senior like Mike Martin - who's been around for longer and started for longer - doesn't get the same kind of fawning publicity.  Mike Martin is a good football player.  Let's not assume that all good football players are quality dudes, though.

I do not claim to know each and every move of these players nor do I want to know.  I was commenting on the general perception of them as players and quality men through stories and interviews.  I don't know of very many college athletes that already have foundations to work in inner city neighborhoods like Martin.  I know public perception and reality don't always mesh but I'd like to assume they are quality guys until they show otherwise.  Maybe I'm just a Michigan homer though.
