Yep. I sit in 39. In the 4th quarter of the MSU game, we were the only section that was sitting. My dad and I decided to stand anyway and the guy behind us told us to sit. I turned around and pointed out that we were the only section that was sitting, and he said "yeah, I know." I think he was mad at me though because I accidentally socked him in the face once.
I always find that to be such a weird qualifier. I'm not criticizing you, just pointing out that this always gets brought up. "So and so is ranked here because of their schedule." What does their schedule have to do with how good they are?!
My old childhood friend helped found that place. They really are committed to serving the community and they donate a lot of resources to help feed the less fortunate.
I'm not talking about who I think is the bigger impact player. NFL scouts put a ton of stock into "prototypical size" and Lavert is much closer to that than Lewis is.
Lavert Hill should also be a 1st rounder. I wouldn't be surprised if Chase gets a lot of 1st round hype in the season and then falls to the 2nd or 3rd round because he's seen as a pass rush specialist.

I'm not sure that they had any top 100 offensive line recruits on their roster that year. And they patched it together with guys like Jacoby Boren (a 2 star fullback) and Pat Elflein. Taylor Decker was the only decently rated player as a recruit and he wasn't even in the top 150. Obviously it isn't a guarantee that this line will be any better than that one but it goes to show you don't need an Alabama roster to get good line play.

Yep. Even Ramzy got in on the poorly thought out jokes when he tweeted about Warinner having a recruiting poster with OSU players on it. It's like, is it really that funny for a former position coach who's considered elite to be using success at YOUR program to recruit against you, at your arch rival? They don't think much.
Can you really judge a single draft in April? Seems like you need to wait a couple of years before you know for sure.
